When making a booking, please supply the following information at your discretion.

You can make a Booking using the "Book Now" buttons on the tour pages. Please answer all the questions and use your Australian mobile phone number if you have one. We check our secure server regularly for your "Book Now" entry data and we will reply by email at the end of the day, if not sooner. (PS For bookings less than 18 hours before departure please ring 8332 1401 or mobile 0412 153 443)

If you decide to email please advise: Your name, how many passengers, Australian mobile phone or normal phone number. Accommodation / Hotel/ Hostel in Adelaide. (Maybe we can pick you up?) Tell us the tour codes ~ ( E1,E2, E3, E5 or E23 )
And the day and date you wish to travel on. Remember- tours run on different days!
When you arrive in Adelaide you can confirm your booking by ringing us on
Ph. 8332 1401. Or mobile 0412 153 443.
You can pay by credit card over the phone 7 days 8am till 9pm.

We bring a Credit Card customer copy for you. If you are paying by card ~ we will save your seats BUT if you do not turn up for the tour there is no refund. You need to give us 24 hours notice if you want to cancel and get a refund. Then we can try to re-sell your seats. Travel Agents may have different cancellation policies and you may be obligated to abide by their agreements.

If you want to pay cash to the driver ~ we will still require you to secure your seats with your credit card. 24 hours notice is required if you cancel. 
OR
Make a booking / payment with the S.A. Travel Centre 23 Grenfell Street or your local Travel Agent.
OR
You can purchase a Gift Voucher for a friend.

Tours depart from 42 King William Street corner Rundle Mall at 9.00am or E3-1.00pm.
Limited Hotel / Hostel courtesy pickups are done prior to start times. Please be ready!

Kangaroo Island is operated by Sealink, their conditions of travel apply. Their bus departs from the Franklin Street Bus Station at 6.45am sharp so you need to be earlier to book in. Limited Pick ups are available.

We recommend Travel Insurance to cover you if you miss the bus as there are no refunds at short notice!

*Discount offers remain at the discretion of ‘Enjoy Adelaide’. Meals are not included unless stated. Child fares 3 - 15 yrs inclusive. Children under 3 free, limit of one free on our bus -Parents are required to pay for lunch and venues of free child if applicable. Children must be accompanied by an Adult. Minimum bookings are required for the tours to operate. If cancellation is made by you fees may apply depending upon your Travel Agents’ conditions. If less than 24 hours notice is givenby you to cancel your tour there is no refund. If more than 24 hours notice is given (we can re-sell your seats) a full refund maybe offered depending on agent policies. Travel insurance is highly recommended by passengers’ own arrangement. It is not our responsibility to refund if you are ill or sleep in etc. Courtesy pick-up is often complimentary and is offered at our discretion.

Tours do not run on Christmas Day, Good Friday or New Years Day. Fares, itineraries & tours can change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control, however common sense will prevail and you will be notified of any changes that could influence your decision to travel with us. E2 tour finishes at Rundle Mall. E3 Tour begins at Rundle Mall 42 King William Street.
