Payment Options
- We have pay by phone credit card facilities.
- Book early by email and pay by phone when you arrive in Adelaide.
- Send us a cheque in time for clearance before your tour.
- You can book in advance and pay cash on the day. (Advance
payment customers are given priority seats.)
- You can cancel your tour with plenty of notice and you won't
be charged. See our cancellation policy. We can resell your
seats if you give us notice.
- Australian Travelers Cheques are also accepted.
- Book and pay at your local Travel Agent or South Australian
Travel Centre.
Conditions
- Admissions to main attractions are included as stated.
- Lunch is included on the E5 Barossa.
- Child fares 3yrs - 15yrs inclusive. Children under 4yrs are
free - limit of one and food for the little one is to be provided
by you.
- Family prices = 2 adults + 2 children.
- Minimum bookings are required for the tours to operate.
- A cancellation fee of 50% may apply depending upon a travel
agents conditions.
- If less than 24 hours notice is given there is no refund.
If more than 24 hours notice is given (we can resell your seats),
a full refund may be offered depending upon travel agents policies.
- Fares and itineraries can change without notice.
- Travel insurance is recommended, by passengers own arrangement.
- Tours do not run on Christmas Day or Good Friday.
